I have read several blog of a doctor and they all complaining about the same issue,

housemanship is though,long working hours,the bullying of MO...

I just found this a minute ago.

Kematian Seorang Doktor Pelatih Di Hospital Kajang.
Seorang doktor pelatih dijumpai mati di dalam tandas di Hospital Kajang kerana dipercayai menyuntik sejenis ‘bahan’ yang belum dikenal pasti, melebihi dos yang dibenarkan.
Lee Chang Tat, 29, ditemui di dalam tandas lelaki di Wad Pediatrik hospital itu kira-kira pukul 7 pagi oleh seorang pekerja hospital yang sedang mencarinya.
Turut ditemui disisi mayat adalah jarum suntikan yang telah digunakan.
Apa yang ‘mengharukan’, mendiang dipercayai menyuntik bahan tersebut ditubuhnya bagi melawan kepenatan yang keterlaluan disebabkan tugasnya di situ.
Menurut The Star, Chang Tat yang telah bertugas di hospital berkenaan sejak tiga tahun lalu, telah bertugas ‘on call’ sejak lima hari berturut-turut.

When I found this and read,I was so speechless.

He started on-call 5 days non-stop (OED) and then,burst .

Who anyway will get trough those non-flexible hours of working?

Anyone who intend or dream to be a doctor would freak out,right.

With the streess,the overwhelming-tiredness,the atttudes of MO etc bla bla bla.

Allah,

I doubt my decision to be a doctor now.

But,

Patutkah manusia menyangka bahawa mereka akan dibiarkan dengan hanya berkata: "Kami beriman", sedang mereka tidak diuji (dengan sesuatu cubaan)?[29:2]
